Day 02 Hong Kong arrival.

A well-protected gardener waters the plants outside a polytechnic in Hong Kong. What they are protecting themselves from, I don't know but I'm guessing the water used on the gardens is maybe polluted?
This was spotted on the transfer from the airport to the hotel.
