Eyelash Extensions

I finally managed to get my eyelash extensions today after the mess-up last time I went (see previous blip).

I thought I'd post before and after shots so everyone could see the difference.

I'd never done it before but it was nice and simple. She taped down my lower lashes to stop them interfering and let me lie down and close my eyes for half an hour whilst she glued individual lashes to the base of my existing lashes.

They felt and still feel really lightweight and not annoying as I would have expected having tried pre-glued false eyelashes before. I was worried that they were too big to start with but now I've settled into them I'm happy with the length.

I think I might keep these up with top-ups when required, but I'll see how I get on with them. I don't generally wear mascara day to day but this gives me that look without any effort.
