Ginger Ninjas

mmm...these are a practice run for a batch I'm planning to make for my last day at work...starting a new job on the 5th Jan. They taste really good (thank you Meaxwell xx). Yes, in the best geek traditions, we don't do ordinary gingerbread...has to be different :)
