dedication and fear

Today we celebrated with Adam, Nic and Eliza as they gave thanks to God for little Moses, dedicating themselves to bringing him up in an environment that allows him to come to know and love God for himself.

And at the end of today it suddendly dawned that is only a week now until my trip, and its the first time I've actually felt something about it. For so long now it has been a distant fact, but tonight I have really begun to feel a strange combination of excitement and fear. And it feels like there's still so much to do before I go.
