The Sunny Volunteer

I'll admit without a killing freeze I've still got a few things blooming. This little volunteer sunflower bloomed the other day. It stands facing the east. I didn't want to get a photo of the front of the sunflower, but rather the flower along with the bleakness of the soon to be winter landscape.
