Sunflowers

A real treat to find these sunflowers blooming against a bright blue sky here in Washington...

After taking Bonnie for a run at the off-leash dog area in Marymoor Park, I stopped by the community garden when I saw lots of flowers in full bloom from a distance.

I always have my Canon Powershot G11 camera with me, but will go back this week when if we have blue skies again to re-shoot the sunflowers with a better camera and lens.
