Traffic light-by-night

This afternoon, we've had dinner with friends and my girlfriend was driving back home, so I was playing with the camera.
A few times before, I did notice some traffic-lights to be (a lot) brighter than others and especially the green ones.
Some lights are almost blinding my sight, when driving past them by night.
