Bowood Park
This afternoon I took a footpath walk from Sandy Lane nearby, which took me across part of the Bowood estate. Near the start of the walk I spotted this moss-covered tiled roof, and took a number of photographs along the walk. The walk culminated at the southernmost point of Bowood Lake.
I also spotted a jay, and a pair of herons did a quick fly-past. There were ducks in the lake, and sheep and lambs grazing in the field. The boundary of the lake was marked by this Palladian bridge. You might be able to spot some sheep in the far field to the south, especially if you view large.
