Spiky II

More spikes of pain today. Had another trip to the physio for some shoulder and neck manipulation. Came out feeling really sore and I guess it will be worse tomorrow morning. However, no pain no gain :)

I think that it is now starting to improve so, once the pain from manipulation subsides, I should be on the mend.

Continuing on the macro theme I have blipped Angela's 30 year old Cactus which has just started to flower. It only flowers about once a Year and it is amazing how such a vivid pink colour can come out of what is essentially a very bland, hairy cactus.
