Welcome

Went for a lunchtime wander with Tonto today and didn't make it as far as we had planned. I had a meeting at 1pm that I needed to attend and we ended up bumping into a few colleagues from work and chatted to them for a bit. As a result it was more of a brisk walk back to work rather than the leisurely stroll planned.

One of the guys we bumped into I intend to blip at some time. Since he started in the company some 12 + years ago we have worked together in a number of different teams. What tends to happen is one of us will get seconded and then a few years later we'll end in new team together. It's been a few years since I've worked with him so it must be on the cards sometime soon.

The guy is the clumsiest person I know and the things that have happened to him are unbelievable. He is that bad at one point when I came home from work Bob would ask me what he'd done as she found him hilarious or rather what happened to him hilarious. I promise to go into detail when I have his portrait.

Last night I was woken up twice by Bob talking in her sleep; the first time she was still lying in her bed talking but the second time she was sitting up and appeared to be talking to someone beside her. On entering her room I appeared to have disturbed her and the conversation promptly stopped. However, for the few words I heard I had a gut feeling it was FW's mum (her Gran) she was talking to.

Tonight when I told FW about it she told me I better speak to her and find out what happened today to her. Apparently whilst out on a nature walk with Bob she felt a strange sensation in her stomach and looked behind her. She is certain she seen and elderly lady sitting on a branch in a tree but couldn't make out their face. When she looked back the person had disappeared (I reckon they fell of). Although this could be a child imagination running wild it is made more relevant by the fact that Gran was known for climbing trees. When I asked Bob if she could remember who she was talking to last night she says she couldn't.

One scenario I could easily dismiss but the two in as many hours I'm not so sure. I've never really been one for this sort of stuff but since I heard the Beast in the hall a few weeks ago who knows.
