Tai Chi on Bray Beach

This Chinese lady does an extensive program of tai chai on the beach in the morning I have seen her a few times. Its beautiful to watch. She appears to be worshipping the sky and the heavens in some of the movements. I wish I could join her. I would like to do what she does - not caring about who is looking quizzically at me. I would like to be so free in my movements, free in my thoughts and free in my decisions.

Maybe it will be one of my new year's resolutions that I will keep (like, so far, uploading a photo a day - y'know that blip thingy)
