You can park almost anywhere in the city. However, within seconds of applying the handbrake, a young lady or gentleman will put a ticket under your wiper with the time of arrival. When you return, you have to pay an amount related to the time you've sent on the parking spot.

Here a "parking fee collector" eyes his prey whilst a dog sleeps unconcrned on the pavment. I assume that the dent in the car is not part of this scenario!
