Woke up late after work on Aston Hill sponsor bid last night.

Ran, slightly awkward 1:1 with my boss (she mentioned the 'career' and 'goals' words, never my favourites in this particular job) and more last minute Aston Hill work.

Injuries have flared a little, which was expected after a second run this week. Legs now Tiger Balmed and in compression socks, so should be right as rain tomorrow.

Concerned by the anti-climate change swing to the right in the US. Since becoming a Dad it's scary how this worries me a lot more.

Speaking of rain, it's returned. Good - we really need some more.
