Popped to Lidl for some ingredients this afternoon and was impressed by their Christmas food range. Intrigued by some ingredients...

Came home and made Sunshine Soup. That's slow roasted butternut squash soup with saffron and smoked paprika. Definitely a day for it.

Missed out on staff away day in London today. Hope it was good, I'm sure I'll hear all about it when I'm back. Still on the mend :-)
