A wee lad looks at his future

It's the one thing that I'm jealous of what this wee lad has before him in the digital years ahead.

When I was his age - oh yes! - a wee lad in North East Scotland I was writing on a slate with a piece of chalk in a village school with 7 other children of all ages.

It didn't hold me back though and here I am many many years later an expert in most forms of digital technology.

But the digital wonders that this wee lad will behold when I'm long gone...
