Conspiracy Theory

After nearly 5 years of blipping you’d think I’d be aware by now of the amount of people that read it but in truth I’m still clueless. It isn’t until I’m struggling with the head pain that I become aware through the amount of emails, texts or calls I get. I received a couple of calls when I was floored making sure I was okay, one came from the ultimate Action Man. Honestly humbled that with everything this guy does for our Country and his new family he called to make sure I was okay. Another call came from this wee man asking if I wanted to come for tea on one of my particular bad days. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get dressed let along drive so took a raincheck.

That raincheck happened last night and although Legs cooked a great meal for all of us I can’t help but feel the pumpkin carving element of the evening was also planned. Mini G chose his desired design and unfortunately I ended up having to free hand the image onto his pumpkin as both attempts to get a suitable template failed. Anyway, it didn’t take too long for Mini G, with some supervision, to carve out the design. The wee man was elated when he’d finished and I must admit I was really impressed with how well he took direction, listened, asked and finally how close to the lines he kept.

During dinner the topic of my blip came up and also the fact that Mini G, with the exception of his eye, has never featured in my blip unlike Curly. Anyway tonights blip is to remedy this oversight and hopefully make a wee man’s day.

Although these evenings never seem to go to plan but I really enjoyed it.
