Today I did a family shoot for our college friend, her husband, step-daughter and NEW BABY!!! I was a wee bit nervous shooting portraits for a family with a newborn, but we did alright. This one is my favorite. I know everyone wants to look at the camera for their Christmas cards, but sometimes I think when your subject looks away, you capture the real story. Plus you can see sweet little Adeline's peaceful face.
