Evening Clouds in Lower Hardres

The nights are really drawing in now - I took this image at about 6.30pm while waiting to pick Raffy up from his rugby training. The sun was close to setting and with the clouds it was already rather dark. I found this spot in Lower Hardres, a short drive from Canterbury Rugby Club, where the stubble lines in this field led up to the treeline and the sunset. With an infrared filter and a long exposure of about 50 seconds, I managed to capture these patterns and movement in the clouds.
