Gym

Well after yesterday's spider (which seemed to freak some of my friends out) I decided on a Selfie (which may freak them out even more).

This is me after this mornings gym session. It can be an odd place with a vast degree of abilities. There's the old (including sticks and frames) to the young (including iphones). There's the bodybuilders who look tough but seem to do very little to the people who just seem to run forever.

This morning there was an older lady complete with shoes, coat and handbag and a chap who I call the pant nicker (a whole other story) who uses ever piece of equipment but does nothing.

Not quite sure where I fit into this bunch but I'll be back tomorrow.
