Lys's Big Exhibition at Lillie Art Gallery

I have changed the photo to this one to give a gist of the size of some of the work.

A lot of people are loving the new sculptures. It was a tremendous show of her work through the ages.....I should say a sample of her work through the ages. One of our paintings was included.

Today I was trying to do too much and got a call from my sister explaining how her illness was discovered. I also discovered that there has been some medical negligence as she had gone with her complaint in Oct last year going back and for to the doctor, had 2 scans and hadn't heard back from the medics so presumed all was well. She finally went back to her doctor quite recently and her doctor advised the lump to be removed at once. This is when it wa diagnosed. I'm very upset about all of this and very annoyed with what has happened. I'm trying not to think about it but its not easy. We are still hoping for a positive outcome.

We were late back home and very hungry but stopped off in Kippen for a cold meal, I suppose you could call it. It was delicious. Our kids were coming over for the night and leaving the little ones with us for tomorrow
