Faded Glory

In Cardiff today, mainly to see a theatre production of The Gruffalo (great fun). While we were sitting having a second breakfast I saw this Art Deco building front across the road. It's faded and cracked paint and rusty steel window frames make a stark contrast with all the modernised buildings nearby. I suppose it is listed and no one wants to do it up. Pity because the simplicity of the form could look good in bright colours.
