Monkey Puzzle

Araucaria araucana (commonly called the Monkey Puzzle Tree) is an evergreen tree that can grow up to 40 m (130 ft) tall. The tree is native to central and southern Chile and western Argentina.....and the Main Street of Newburgh apparently ;-)
