Crashed

I crashed yesterday after an energetic swim, and a half hour blipping in a biting wind at dusk, sucked all the energy right out of me. So this is a relatively rare backblip.

BIG sleep has me bright as a button this morning but can't promise the same after another swim, may be less heroic with the blipping today (Friday) too.
