Potatoes with Black & White Veg!

We had "Spanish style Chicken Bake" for dinner today, a recipe from the Hairy Dieters book. Although we're not on diets, it's a book full of down-to-Earth tasty recipes which happen to be lowish in calories.

Anyway, I decided to Blip the ingredients, but forgot I still had the camera set to Selective Colour mode. I actually quite like it - a happy mistake!!
