Whitstable Harbour Pillars

This morning I drove to Whitstable, and visited the harbour to look for some photographs in need of taking. I spent some time looking at the fishing boats and the bustling shellfish trade going on, with wonderful smells of sizzling seafood from the nearby restaurants - then headed to the shore near the RNLI station. I noticed this view, looking underneath a car park built out over the sea. The rusted and crusted iron pillars looked rather photogenic, especially with the light shining in from the other side. I managed to get this shot before the heavens opened and I had to run for it. Note to self: new Fujifilm X-T1 is weatherproof, must buy one...
