A quiet moment

There weren't a lot of them today, but it was Christmas after all. The boys woke up around 6:30 and we all got stuck in opening presents right away. From Santa M got a scooter, A got a remote-controlled helicopter (not exactly the plane he asked for but close enough) and a leap pad (his 'iPad) but the number one gifts were those that were train-related. Santa did a pretty good job it seems.

We had our traditional scrambled eggs and smoked salmon and bagels and were an hour late getting up to Pete and Lorraine's house where we opened more gifts with Granny and Granddad as well, and then the four of us and G&G drove up to Jimmy and Agnes's house where we had a lovely Christmas dinner and spent the night along with Mickey, Nazym and their two lovely little boys. It was a bit hectic if I'm honest but all good. A very Merry Christmas to everyone from us.
