On the Last Bake of Christmas

12th night tonight...and so it's the last spot of Christmas baking to sustain us in these horrid dark days. It's a Mexican chocolate cake (yes there is chili in there) with vanilla cinnamon cream topping.

And because I thought what the hell - hundreds and thousands as well.

It is very, very tasty and moist.
