I think all the half naked self portraits and jumping in to a freezing cold plunge pool in the past week may not have been a great idea. Yesterday it felt like I'd been swallowing razor blades and last night I got hardly any sleep due to a constantly running nose, yes I have .....

..... Man flu !!!

I've dosed up on Lemsip Max Strength and have taken precautions so that I don't wake up with a snot encrusted moustache, so today's blip is .....
