Refugee swans

The feeding sites were flooded so that visitors could not go to feed the swans at designated areas. But this was not a problem at all. Instead, people spread food around and these giant birds excitedly flocked to compete for food - sometimes disgracefully - even though they are labelled as Queen's birds.
