New Year's Day

First day of 2014 - and a very Happy New Year to everyone! We had a fairly quiet night last night by most peoples' standards - the little ones fell asleep but Raffy, Monty, Vanessa and I saw in the new year at midnight together. Pretty grim weather again today with very heavy rain indeed - so we decided against the long walk. We had a lovely relaxing day together though, and later on Milo and Gabriel were trying to persuade us to let them share a bedroom. They used their most persuasive 'cute faces' which was so funny I had to take a picture, and they were only too happy to pose!
