Happy New Deer (groan)

How exciting to see something different to blip on the last day of the year.
Went to Bradgate Park in Leicestershire, where I've been before and occasionally have seen a few roe deer.

Imagine my surprise when around 10 of these gorgeous red deer came into view. I couldn't get closer and I'm not particularly happy with any of my shots but they were lovely to photograph
