Flaming pudding

It's a bit like a comedy sketch, isn't it? "You mix a pudding, steam it for hours, take it out, pour brandy over it - and set fire to it!"

I love this moment. We were all full of turkey and good things, but somehow this flaming moment had us all ready to eat some more.
