Fossils in red

The obligatory trip to the beach - Cocklawburn today - before some shopping in Berwick. These amazingly red rocks had been exposed, and on them lots of fossils.

Tide was in, and I had to dodge the waves to catch this shot.

Another extremely mild day but the winds are increasing again, with storms forecast for this afternoon and evening.
