Edinburgh dawn

Up early this morning to climb Arthur's Seat in the dark to get some early morning shots.

It looked as if it would be a dramatic sunrise - this was taken at 7.40 looking south along the East Lothian coastline. Unfortunately, the sunrise didn't live up to its early promise and it just sort of fizzled out.

Wife and daughters are Christmas shopping. I shall have another walk with my camera I think.
