Back to the usual routine with a long shift at work today, finishing at 6pm by which time it was quite dark. Fortunately the rain we'd had all afternoon had settled enough to go into town for an evening blip. This was taken from the top of the old city wall, overlooking Rhodaus Town and Augustine House, one of the new buildings of Canterbury Christchurch University. I've often passed this in the evening, brightly lit from inside and thought it would make a good night shot with the light-trails of the busy road in the foreground.
