I'm not really sure what this is, probably an old relic belonging to the railway.

The cycle track runs along and old railway line, I think around this spot there was a pedestrian bridge crossing over to the beachfront, don't suppose that has anything to do with it, or it might be communications telephone - telegraph.

Such a bright day I decided to walk the long way home after gym, glad I did.
