Blowin in the Wind

I have admired some people's blips where they have used a long exposure to convey movement. I keep meaning to try this but need to get round to buying a neutral density filter.

Today was pretty dull though so I thought that I would try and capture leaves blowing in the wind, and get something that's a wee bit different from other autumn shots.

Does it work - I'm not sure? Honestly, this is not just camera shake but maybe it needs a wider view to make this more obvious.
