October Challenge: Day 14 ....

Steam.

As in running full steam ahead.

After putting out more peanuts for my chipmunk friend I decided to try to get a good photo of him running away with the peanuts. How frustrating that was!!

With a lot of peanuts, time and patience (of which I have little!) I was finally able to get a shot I was happy with. I have named this particular chipmunk Little Nipper because he comes in and "nips" all the peanuts before anything else can get them. I am only too glad to help add to his (definitely a male!) winter stores. And I hope to see him again in the spring.
