Elvis Lives

There really isn’t enough hours in the days anymore, all the plans and ideas I had for this just haven’t materialised.

This morning I was up early helping Pyro up at the Shed for a few hours before heading home in preparation of Bevy, his wife and adorable twins arriving. I’ve mentioned in my blip a few times the Bevy is probably my oldest friend in that we were at nursery together. No matter how much time falls in between us seeing each other we pick up where we left off and fall back into the old routine which obviously includes slagging each other and put downs. Bevy definitely came out on top this meeting with his putdowns but was always reprimanded by his wife.

Z&C are getting big and just full of energy, they are absolutely adorable and loving kids. For their age their speech and manners are second to none, they are also rather independent. They also really interact with you and the belly laughs they both have is infectious, ‘Z’s’ is a bit sinister but hilarious to listen to.

After dropping FW off at a night out Bob & I headed to a well known supermarket to purchase goodies for her house party tomorrow night. Bob had asked if she could have a house party during the holidays and FW & I both agreed to it. However, don’t think both of us expected Bob to invite as many friends or more importantly for as many to accept, possible 18-20x 12 years old attending tomorrow night.

Disco ball, laser lights and tunes already secured it was just a case of buying the drink (30 litres of fizzy drinks should be enough), food & sweets. Fingers crossed all the caffeine & ‘e’ numbers will kick in just as they are about to leave.

I’d normally try and post a pictures of the twins together but it just didn’t happened today, it’s also too late and don’t have the concentration to go through the images from today and select the best picture of each. This image I knew was there so decided to only process this one tonight.
