I read a note from someone's 3rd blip birthday - it stated:

Some days I am happy to just settle for creating an image I can live with, other days I strive to improve on what I've already done. Both days can be satisfying in their own way but I’m happier if I've striven for something ‘more’.

I agree with this statement so much - it is the whole meaning of Blip for me! Somedays they are just EM, or random shots that people seem to like which irritate me for not being as perfect as I feel they should be. This is one of those shots ... there is little creative shots to take where I live.. I have photographed everything loads, and was bored of it before I got into photography.

I love it when I have a shot that I have taken the effort into getting. The extra creative, play with different settings, angles, lens, or just a different location ... a shot with something extra good.

I am pleased that there is someone else out there with my feelings on the matter; it makes me happier about things.

I hope I can get to my 3rd Blip birthday :-)
