It's claim to fame is the worlds first 7 star hotel, or only 7 star hotel. The car at the bottom gives a sense of perspective. It's really impressive, beautifully designed. The round bit at the top is for the helicopters.

Tried to get in for a scoot around, but they weren't letting in the riff raff. 24 hrs notice required, restaurant gotta be booked (mains about £60), no sun hats and absolutely no flip flops.
Tiger woods fired a shot off the heli pad and Agassi and Federer had an exhibition tennis match on the helipad to publicise it. They've got money to burn!
