Dancing Lady Ginger

Again, yesterday several pictures that I considered blipping. Today~not true. Today's picture is from my garden. This ginger, Globba schomburgkii, is also known as Dancing Lady Ginger and has just started blooming.

I think the flowers look more like little giraffes than dancing ladies.
