Guelder Rose

We acquired this Guelder Rose (Viburnum opulus) free of charge nearly ten years ago from the Ben Reid Nursery & Garden Centre in Aberdeen, under a scheme that gifted four native trees & shrubs to residents of the City and the Shire to plant in their gardens.

Now, almost a decade later, its brilliant white blooms glisten in the gathering gloom of a rainy summer evening...
