Red bug

Was out at the crack of dawn - well, before 7am - to collect elderflowers for cordial. On the way back I spotted this red insect clinging on to a blade of grass. Never seen one before but it's certainly eye catching.

Looks like the seeds are falling like crazy at Wimbledon - just seen that Federer is out in the second round. Wowsers! Come on Andy!
