Folkestone

Went to the fish festival in Folkestone this morning. Unless I missed something, tge harbour was basically the same as it always is, but with a band.

Went for a walk up the Old High Street which is looking lot livlier than ladt time I was there. This was on that street though I'm not sure what it might have been put up for. I'm just wondering who is holding up the other half.
