Mammillaria cactus flower

I blipped this cactus back in February this year, with water droplets on it (it wasn't flowering).

I have not added water this time, as I don't think the flower would like it. These cacti usually produce flowers in a ring around the top of the plant, but this year there is just this one at the moment.
