Cataplana de Marisco Especial

I would like to introduce you, a typical dish of the South part of Portugal , Algarve.
In order of appearance :

The Mighty Crab ; The holy Shrimps ; Slices of Squid ; Lobster ; Clams ; Prawns ; a slice of Ray and one of Swordfish ; Tomatoes in pieces ; Bay leaf ; Onions ; Carrot ; slices of Pepperoni ; a taste of spicy...and hope for you to have a lot of bread, cause the bottom of the container in which you cook all of them, is full of Gravy so tasty !!
