Growing your own...you don't need much, a brilliant sister to make you a cool wooden trough or two, some plants, a little Scottish sunshine (it happened today don't you know) And 'voila', fresh herbs that we get to use in our cafe, a whole two minutes up the road.
I don't think that fewer food miles exists ;)
