Another weekend approaches and with it another garden festival to go to - this time the Holker Garden Festival in Cumbria. I am staying with a friend in Lancaster so thought I would get baking - little lemon drizzle cakes to soak up all the wine which will no doubt be consumed over the course of the weekend!
