Busy Beaver

Karin has been busy today! Our front garden is the only area that receives much sunlight, so it's where we plant our herbs and a number of vegetables. Unusual, sure but very practical. And many of the plants are very lovely to look at too.

Just in the bottom right are a series of new herbs; basil, tarragon, chives, dill, rosemary and others.

Much of the garden was badly disturbed this winter with the new ramp installation and a sewer problem. The desolate area behind the herbs will soon be replanted with the hostas and many other plants that were put out back before the work was done.

And the railing will be painted soon now too.

It's going to look lovely.
